销售顾问 Sales Consultant  | 1名 |  本科及以上 | 3年以上 | 25-35岁
线上销售&电销方向
岗位职责:
1、负责线上平台及渠道的信息发布,负责线上所有渠道的信息搭建;
2、管理客户信息,通过网络电话/微信等平台树立全国渠道客户信息;
3、整合各种渠道资源(B2B平台、论坛、双微等);
4、定期针对推广运营效果进行跟踪、评估、并提交电销、线上销售效果的统计分析报表;
5、定期分析渠道发布数据和竞争对手情况,做好销售策略的执行和线上优化;
6、根据销售的计划和客户的需求,负责各平台的企业曝光率,达成业绩指标;
7、负责持续完善销售团队的工作流程,让客户在网上能够有效并快速搜索到产品和企业;
5、对客户与执行项目人员的信息协调沟通, 帮助项目的准确有效达成;
6、挖掘理解用户需求,组织协调媒体资源;
7、客户的日常洽谈和持续跟进;

任职要求:
1、本科及以上的学历,市场营销专业、电子商务专业优先;
2、熟练运用各大互联网营销工具、线上媒体;并对站外推广有较好的经验;
3、接受过销售技巧、语言训练、电话销售及广告销售工作者优先;
4、从事客户服务工作、电话销售及广告销售工作者优先;
5、有较强的客户拓展能力,能够利用各个渠道挖掘潜藏的客户源;
6、了解B2B、B2C等电子商务营销模式;有效运用图片和文字进行线上销售;
7、较强的信息敏感度与敏锐的市场洞察力,对目标客户进行有效的筛选;
8、具备良好的心理素质,抗压力强的心态;卓越的双向沟通能力,流利清晰的口述;
9、为人正直、忠诚,具有良好的团队合作精神,工作有激情、责任心强,能挑战高薪;

Phone Sales & Digital Direction

Shanghai Baoyuan Media is looking for self-motivated, results-driven people interested in a multi-media sales career who can share the many benefits of newspaper, online and niche product advertising with new accounts and current clients. The position is responsible for phone sales and digital sales to client.

Successful candidates will be engaging and goal-oriented, with good organizational skills and will have the ability to grow and maintain strong business relationships through consultative sales and excellent customer service. Professional sales experience necessary; media experience is a definite asset but not mandatory. If you have these skills and enjoy playing a pro-active part in helping your clients achieve business success, please apply.

Specific responsibilities include:
Proactively release production information online;
Maintain and expand advertising sales volume with present accounts through phone calling and digital;
Collect channel resources (i.e. B2B platform, forum, social media...);
Scheduling evaluation for releasing the production information online;
Maintain knowledge of competitors to strategically position products and services better;
Keyword research – Process of going through searches and keywords and adjusting strategy;
Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry;
Identifying business opportunities with current and prospective customers;
Analyzing opportunities by researching the industry and marketing trends;
Serve as the primary point of contact and ongoing consultant to eligible customers.
Required skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field;
Understand the role of internet marketing and social media within area of specialization;
Have sales skill, interpersonal skill and phone sales experience is a plus but not mandatory;
Excellent relationship management to foster important relationships with key client;
Ability to maintain composure and multi-task in a deadline environment;
Good organizational and troubleshooting/problem-solving skills;
Knowledge of sales and marketing, the production process, ad design/layout, and market competition;
Excellent communication skills with the power of persuasion and persistence.
