Baoyuan is looking for a full time Sales Account Manager to join our growing team in Baoyuan Media. Baoyuan is an all-in one OOH that is pioneering the Outdoor Advertising space. Baoyuan is more than just an OOH company, our mission is to make our clients work lives simpler, streamlined, and more profitable. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for growing the client list at Baoyuan by identifying, qualifying, and selling prospects.
Successful candidates will be engaging and goal-oriented, with good organizational skills and will have the ability to grow and maintain strong business relationships through consultative sales and excellent customer service. Professional sales experience necessary; media experience is a definite asset but not mandatory. Specific responsibilities include:
Manage relationships with clients and help expand client relationships;
Prospect new business through network of contacts, meeting and exceeding sales goals
Track sales activities, opportunities and forecasts in Sales Management System;
Contribute excellent project management and presentation skills and can refine large data sets into a few actionable insights;
Conceptualizes and articulates well-targeted solutions in area of technical specialty - from proposal to contract sign-off;
Ability to take a deal through the sales cycle including closing or supporting the close of a deal;
Work closely with internal teams to optimize programs and develop creative solutions for renewals;
Manage overall campaign deliverables to ensure quality standards and exceed client expectations.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field;
3-5 years in Media sales experience. Outdoor media ad sales experience is a plus;
Female, good appearance, fluent in Mandarin, Shanghainese and English;
Develop forward thinking, data-driven sales analysis and recommendations that align with client goals and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to pitch to clients;
Take responsibility for communicating with client, good at client interview and business negotiation;
Effective client relationship management, actively maintaining and develop relationship with client;
Manage operations within the Sales team, aligning workflow among team members to execute complex initiatives and ensure accountability to team goals;
Brand resources and venue resources are preferred.
