人力资源总监 HR Director | 1名 | 本科及以上 | 6年以上 | 年龄不限

岗位职责:
1、统筹规划人力资源开发及战略管理,拟定人力资源规划方案,监督指导各项计划的实施;
2、统筹管理薪酬、绩效、招聘、培训及员工关系等模块的工作开展;
3、向公司领导提供人力资源等方面的专业建议,支持子公司的人力资源工作、提升公司人力资源管理水平;
4、负责公司行政流程的执行、制定及优化;负责建立和完善公司培训体系;
5、负责工作分析、岗位说明书与定岗定编工作,提出机构设置和岗位职责设计方案,对公司组织结构设计提出改进方案;
6、负责制定公司的档案管理体系,各部门的档案管理的规范性进行指导、检查与考核;
7、打造员工关系管理体系,打造学习型组织,营造良好的工作氛围;
8、组织并主持公司重大会议,人力资源周/月例会,形成决议实施追踪;
9、向公司高层决策者提供有关人力资源战略、组织建设等方面的建议。

任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历,人力资源、管理、工商管理等相关专业,6年以上人力资源领域相关工作经验;
2、精通人力资源规划、薪酬管理、绩效考核、员工关系、招聘、培训等职能模块并能独立执行;
3、具备良好的领导及管理能力、人际交往能力,沟通协调能力与分析解决复杂问题的能力;
4、对现代企业人力资源管理模式有系统的了解和实践经验积累;
5、熟悉国际、中国上海地区劳动法律法规及政策,有集团化管理工作经验优先考虑;
6、具有较强的管理能力,出色的组织能力及分析判断力;高度责任感,工作仔细,踏实具有良好的亲和力。

Human Resource Director | 1 Position | Bachelor | 6 yrs experience

Baoyuan is looking for a human resource director to join our growing team in Baoyuan Media. Baoyuan is an all-in one OOH that is pioneering the Outdoor Advertising space. Baoyuan is more than just an OOH company, our mission is to make our clients work lives simpler, streamlined, and more profitable. As a Sales Consultant you will be responsible for growing the client list at Baoyuan by identifying, qualifying, and selling prospects.

Successful candidates will be engaging and goal-oriented, with good organizational skills and will have the ability to grow and maintain strong business relationships through consultative sales and excellent customer service. Professional sales experience necessary; media experience is a definite asset but not mandatory. Specific responsibilities include:
1. HR planning while ensuring that business decisions focus on recruiting, retaining, developing top talent;
2. Provide both strategic and tactile support & guidance to the business ensuring that our teams are fully aware and trained on their HR legal obligations & responsibilities;
3. Reviews and analyzes workforce data and key people metrics to improve the worker experience, assess gaps and opportunities and provides insights to help inform the right business decisions;
4. Ensuring change acceptance and sustainability; Supports the ongoing development and career progression of team members through coaching, performance feedback and career discussion to foster meaningful career experiences while meeting the needs of the business;
5. Works with managers, employees and COEs to respond to employee relations issues and develop overall capability to foster a healthy, cohesive, collaborative, fun, fair and equitable workplace;
6. Manage and communicate the key programs including: compensation planning, performance, talent and succession planning, team engagement surveys and action planning;

Required skills:
1. A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the field of HR or related field;
2. 6+ years of experience as an HR professional in a similar role;
3. Experience in employee relations, recruitment, performance and project management;
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
5. Experience in driving HR policies and processes;
6. Outstanding project leadership and delivery experience; overseeing region-wide, high impact talent programs across the business;
7. Comprehensive understanding of regional/local employment legislation combined with the ability to gain a high-level understanding of regional employment customs and practices;
8. Has a passion for creating healthy organizations, driving transformation and helping culture be a competitive advantage.
